About the Role

As an Account Partnership Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of small-market accounts, driving customer success, and ensuring the satisfaction of our partners. Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless experience for our clients, helping them get the most out of our services, and guiding them towards achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success as the first point of contact for customers in named accounts
  • Serve as the primary liaison in sustaining exam volume within current partner accounts
  • Protect business with current partners to ensure they won't be tempted to use a competitor
  • Manage multiple small-market accounts and a typical portfolio between $1M-$2M in annual revenue
  • Represent Meazure Learning at meetings with accounts
  • Build relationships with key influencers within each assigned partner to increase overall satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a remote customer success role
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in web-based applications, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build relationships and connect with people on a personal level
