Lead Software Innovation

We seek a forward-thinking engineer who can drive our strategy for optimizing cost efficiency and improving utilization across all services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enhance capacity visibility and automation across multiple services
  • Guide software development delivered by multiple engineers
  • Leverage expertise to design and develop complex systems
  • Develop analytics tools and frameworks for diverse users
  • Mentor team members in the software development lifecycle
  • Elevate our code base through improvement
  • Design resilient, automated systems and integrate best-in-class technologies
Main Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 12 years of experience or equivalent industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of two or more programming languages (Java, Python, Scala)
  • Extensive experience with distributed services, REST, rpc, and relational databases
  • Experience with orchestration and workflow management tools
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodology, Test-Driven Development, incremental delivery, and CI/CD
  • Experience owning and operating services throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Effective communication of technical vision, mentoring junior engineers, and project management
Distinguished Skills:
  • Expertise in distributed SQL analytics (Spark, Presto), frontend visualization development (Tableau, JavaScript)
  • Understanding of Data Science Machine Learning concepts and collaboration with Data Scientists
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
