As a Network Security Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust security processes to mitigate potential threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy secure solutions
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our network remains secure

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related operational improvement role
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security)
  • Ability to document and visualize processes using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices
  • Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
  • International working experience is considered an advantage
