NITORI ASEAN is a rapidly expanding retail brand seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to scale digital performance across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Monitor campaign performance and conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and in-platform tools
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and continuously improve ROAS and CPA
  • Collaborate with local teams to align messaging with business goals
  • Build and manage multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG, MY, TH, ID) is a strong plus
