Senior Voice Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Network Engineer to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex voice networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco UCCE, CUCM, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement voice network architectures for enterprise clients
  • Implement and manage Cisco UCCE and CUCM systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Provide advanced technical support for voice network infrastructure and applications
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Knowledge of ITIL process and Telecom infrastructure protocols
  • Ability to work in 24/7 business support environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power point presentation/preparation and Excel related Analytics
  • Knowledge of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP
  • Basic understanding of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms
