The primary responsibilities of this role include

Key Responsibilities
  • Speaker-Event Matching: Develop and maintain machine learning algorithms for speaker-event matching and personalized event recommendations.
  • Data Pipelines and Vector Database Integrations: Design and optimize data pipelines and vector database integrations.
  • Data Collection Processes: Manage data collection processes to enhance model accuracy.
  • Scalable ML Solutions: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable machine learning solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree from a leading university in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Vector Databases and Recommendation Systems: Experience working with vector databases and implementing recommendation systems.
  • Analytical Capabilities and Business Objectives: Strong analytical capabilities combined with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects independently, from initial concept through implementation and evaluation.
