Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-converting static and animated creatives for advertorials, product showcases, and listicle-driven ad campaigns.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertorial/listicle formats and how to visually support persuasive storytelling. They will also have expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar motion/GIF tools) and proven ability to design for mobile-first audiences.

In this role, you will work closely with copywriters and media buyers to align messaging and visuals for direct-response outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across multiple eCommerce brands and verticals and contributing to A/B testing ideas and analyzing what creative elements drive clicks and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce design, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing static and GIF creatives.
  • Deep understanding of advertorial/listicle formats and how to visually support persuasive storytelling.
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar motion/GIF tools).
  • Proven ability to design for mobile-first audiences.
  • Experience in direct-response marketing, particularly in paid social and display advertising.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
