Responsibilities
  • Lead Junior Designers: Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure they meet design standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with art, web, marketing, printing, and allied teams to develop cohesive visual strategies.
  • Develop Design Concepts: Create innovative design concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Prepare Finished Art: Operate necessary equipment and software to prepare finished art.
  • Communicate with Clients: Effectively communicate with clients about layout and design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 5 Years of Experience: As a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency: With required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
  • Strong Eye for Composition: A keen understanding of visual composition principles.
  • Effective Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to Train Juniors: Experience in training and leading junior designers.
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
