Job Description:

Leading Services Procurement Teams

Randstad Enterprise Solutions aims to become the undisputed market leader in services procurement SOW management. Our Global Services Procurement Center of Excellence and innovative SOW Management Framework, Services Procurement 360 (SP360), will support this ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client's SOW business owners with sourcing, contracting, managing, and remittance processing of services contracts.
  • Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) and negotiation events on behalf of clients.
  • Provide project oversight with regard to supplier invoice administration and settlement.
  • Service clients in a high-quality, cost-effective manner.
  • Support various services spend categories.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate university degree or equivalent professional education.
  • Demonstrable procurement commercial experience and a career track record measured by customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Effective communication skills for verbal and written presentations in one-on-one and group settings with professionals at various levels.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships, represent the organization professionally and effectively as required, perform accurately in a detailed environment while being able to effectively prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
  • Self-manage workload, set target dates, meet deadlines, follow processes, and develop and implement project road maps to achieve optimum results.
  • Utilize best practices in purchasing, procurement, and client negotiation, accounts payable, purchase order, and Vendor Management Systems and tools.
