At Amazon, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Advertising Specialist to support our growing search advertising business.
About the RoleWe are seeking an individual with advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and analytical platforms such as Google or Adobe Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
Key Responsibilities- Support the client solutions and account management team in pre-event scale up data and nudges to advertisers.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and work with internal teams to closure; understand and execute escalation process if needed.
- Support in resolving search advertising related issues and inquiries.
- Ensure campaigns are set up and running smoothly based on various aligned targeting, pacing, and optimization strategies.
- Perform qualitative audits, support deep dives and campaign performance reviews.
