Job Opportunity

Role Overview:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical writers on complex projects as needed.
  • Lead assigned writing projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality medical writing outputs.
  • Coordinate medical writing activities within and across departments, exercising minimal supervision.
  • Develop and edit medical writing deliverables, including operating guidelines, SOPs, training guides, and other documentation, serving as a key writer within and across departments with minimal supervision.
  • Create process maps from provided technical material or client inputs, leveraging hands-on experience with MS Visio or similar tools.
  • Review statistical analysis plans and table/figure/listing specifications for accuracy, grammar, format, and consistency.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in team management
  • Able to create process maps
  • Familiarity with current industry practices and regulatory requirements and guidelines that impact medical writing

Synergy and collaboration are vital components of this role. As a senior medical writer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality medical writing outputs. You will be responsible for mentoring and leading junior medical writers on complex projects, as well as acting as a lead for assigned writing projects.
