Advanced Cybersecurity Threat Hunter

This role involves managing endpoint protection services and supporting our global customer base. We are looking for an experienced security professional to work closely with our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with advanced endpoint protection tools, including Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, Cylance, SentinelOne, and similar products. They should also possess strong security analysis and incident response skills, specifically related to endpoint security threats such as malware, ransomware, and other types of cyber attacks.

Experience conducting testing in lab environments, knowledge of cybersecurity threat hunting, and strong customer service skills are also essential. A degree in cybersecurity or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications or boot camps.

In this role, you will be responsible for full management of the endpoint protection platform, proactive testing of new product features, and proactive threat hunting within the admin console. You will also conduct attack and defend exercises to evaluate protection capabilities based on the latest endpoint security threats. Additionally, you will support incident response efforts, develop rules within the XDR platform, and execute remediation actions based on endpoint security threats detected.

As an Endpoint Security Specialist, you will manage device policies to ensure optimal security settings are applied to each tenant, implement changes requested by customers, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Regularly meeting with vendor representatives to manage support cases and updates is also a requirement. Furthermore, you will support an on-call schedule for the endpoint security team and conduct knowledge-share and training for the GSOC team on endpoint protection updates.
