• Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings for spa treatments and services, confirm appointments, and handle cancellations or rescheduling requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Guest Services: Greet clients warmly and professionally, answer inquiries about spa services and facilities, and guide guests through the spa experience with exceptional customer service skills.
• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond promptly to messages, and relay special instructions or requests to therapists and other spa staff in a clear and concise manner.
• Product Sales: Promote and sell spa services, beauty treatments, packages, gift vouchers, and stay informed about products to assist clients effectively in their wellness journey.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain an organized reception area, handle daily business transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or card transactions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and spa management software.
