Job Title: Influencer Marketing Trainee

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our marketing team as an Influencer Marketing Trainee.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and building strong relationships with influencers and content creators.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and onboard influencers across Instagram and emerging platforms relevant to the F&B and hospitality sectors.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and agency partners.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets for influencer collaborations.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the strategy, social media, and creative teams to integrate influencer content into broader brand campaigns.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Familiarity with content creation and management tools.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday (except 1st and 3rd Saturdays) from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
