Job Title: AI/ML Senior Expert - Business Transformation

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced American Indian Engineer, with expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics, to lead our business transformation initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and conversational chatbot development.

The role requires knowledge of Lang Chain, employing Large Language Models (LLMs), and skills in cloud systems such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, the successful candidate should have a basic grasp of application deployments using frameworks like Flask, Django, and Fast API. This will enable them to create cutting-edge solutions for clients that drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, test, and deploy AI/generative AI models that drive business outcomes.
  • Use knowledge of Generative AI, Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics to create cutting-edge solutions for clients.
  • Employ NLP methods, Lang Chain, and LLMs to create conversational chatbots and language models tailored to client needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and deploy advanced artificial intelligence models and algorithms.
  • Provide technical knowledge and thought leadership in Generative AI and NLP to assist clients in implementing AI-driven solutions.
  • Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and modeling to extract valuable insights and promote data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • MBA optional but desirable.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Python, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Data Science, and Statistics.
  • Strong expertise in NLP, Generative AI concepts, Lang Chain, and alternative LLM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Deep Learning projects using CNN, GAN, Transformers, Encoder and decoder algorithms, or other image generation and classification use cases.
  • Solid programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Experience in developing web applications using frameworks like Flask, Django, and Fast API.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
