Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
  • Design scalable mobile automation tests with Appium or native mobile tools.
  • Write clean, maintainable automation scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Implement BDD scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin if required.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Conduct API and integration test automation using relevant tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience building automation frameworks with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on expertise in Playwright and/or Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Solid experience in mobile automation preferably using Appium or equivalent tool.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies: functional, regression, smoke, integration.
  • Proficient in writing BDD scenarios if the tech stack includes Gherkin/Cucumber.
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of REST API testing tools such as Postman or JMeter.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
