Mobile Application Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.

  • Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Apply Clean Architecture principles for modular and testable code.
  • Implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Cubit.
  • Optimize rendering, memory usage, and widget build performance.
  • Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability.

The successful candidate will have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus points will be given for contributions to open-source projects, prior experience building apps for large-scale environments, and knowledge of plugin/federated architecture in Flutter.

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals, including widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and isolate model.
  • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.

Interview Process
  • Technical Deep Dive (60-75 minutes): 20-25 questions covering Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, performance, and problem-solving, followed by a hands-on coding challenge.
  • System Design + Architecture (60 minutes): Discussion on clean architecture, scalability, state management trade-offs, testing strategy, and evaluation of problem-solving, clarity, and engineering maturity.
