Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS executive to manage and analyze data for business operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to collect and organize business information.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize KPIs and provide insights to management.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to understand data requirements and provide support in data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Data Validation: Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Advanced Excel, database management systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience: Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
