Job Responsibilities:


As an ILETS Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting classroom sessions of various types and identifying students who need additional support to develop their skills.


Key Accountabilities:


1. Deliver high-quality training sessions to students.


2. Assess and provide feedback on LRW sheets for senior batches.


3. Collaborate with the content team to suggest improvements and amendments.


4. Train and counsel trainers to ensure uniformity in content and delivery.


5. Conduct Day-Off sessions and develop strategies to retain non-qualifiers and drop-outs.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with students and guardians to improve performance.
