Job Title: Data Center Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Expert to oversee the security and safety of our data center operations. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in data center security, with a strong background in security protocols, technologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard data center operations.
  • Conduct regular security audits, assessments, and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and security threats.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure compliance with security regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and maintain access controls, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and other security systems.
  • Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations to determine the cause and extent of the breach.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation and training materials for employees and contractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and threats to ensure the effectiveness of the security program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data center security.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with access control systems, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and other security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
