As a Placement Officer, you will lead placement initiatives for Finocontrol trainees and ensure strong industry absorption. Responsibilities include building partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across finance, consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech.

  • Organize campus drives, interviews, and placement events
  • Manage dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks
  • Onboard corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations

You will also design proposals, MoUs, and frameworks tailored to corporate needs, represent us at networking events, and support business development by generating B2B opportunities, executive education leads, and consulting projects.

The role involves conducting resume workshops, mock GD/PI, and industry talks, connecting trainees with mentors and alumni, and gathering employer feedback to refine curriculum and placement preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You must have experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field.

A bachelor's degree in any discipline and relevant certifications would be advantageous. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is also required.
