Job Title: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure and optimize the Workday Absence and Time Tracking module.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  • Develop functional documentation and translate client requirements into Workday system configurations.
  • Configure business processes including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules and absence reporting.
  • Configure work schedules, time entry, time calculations and approvals for Workday Time Tracking.
  • Configure security roles, reporting and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business processes.
  • Work closely with data and integration teams providing functional inputs validating test scenarios and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conduct system testing including preparing test cases executing tests and resolving defects.
  • Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
  • Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
