Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced influencer marketing professional to support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Identification: Identify potential influencers across various social media platforms that align with our target audience and values.
  • Outreach and Collaboration: Conduct outreach to potential influencers, introducing them to brand opportunities.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Brand Guidelines: Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Reporting and Insights: Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
