ISO Compliance Specialist

Job Overview:

MG Environmental Consulting is a fast-growing consulting firm helping businesses achieve ISO compliance.

We are seeking an experienced ISO Program Manager to lead implementations, run gap assessments, and deliver audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from scratch
  • Run internal audits, external audit prep, and gap assessments
  • Deliver clear, tailored documentation for clients
  • Guide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems
  • Partner with the Chief Consultant on strategy and project execution
  • Work across industries and see your impact firsthand
  • Keep projects organized and client-friendly
  • Support clients during audits and post-audit corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar field
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • 5-10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using modern software and tools
