Graphic Design Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Design Team Lead to oversee the operations of our graphic design and quality control team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating promotional content, such as flyers, brochures, and other print media materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Graphic Designers and QAs in creating production-ready assets for digital and print media.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Project Management:
  • Oversee the production process for all print media materials.
  • Ensure all design projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Create templates and style guides as required for new projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success.
  • Help execute standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all design-related inquiries and requests.
  • Have effective English communication skills (written and oral) to discuss designs/design process with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content.
  • Strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes.
  • Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
