Job Summary

Oversee the development and continuous improvement of an integrated, multi-country Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate global ISMS and regional Security Management Plans (SMPs), taking into account local regulatory requirements and cultural contexts.
  • Plan, conduct, and report on independent audits to ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and operating procedures.
  • Provide consultation services in interpreting regulations, policies, and procedures.

Global ISMS Consolidation & Certification

  • Leverage mature regions/entities and existing certifications to build a multi-site certification program.
  • Consolidate and maintain the global Statement of Applicability (SoA 27001:2022), including Annex-A control coverage, compensating controls, and justifications.
  • Implement an evidence lifecycle integrated with document repositories to streamline internal/external audits.

Risk, Governance & Control Integration

  • Resolve conflicts and identify gaps in policies/standards, manage pragmatic local exceptions with formal rationale.
  • Drive risk assessment & treatment consistency integrating into GRC tooling and SMP governance.
  • Design assurance mapping across ISO 27001, SOC 2, and client questionnaires to reduce duplication and improve response speed/quality.

Audit Readiness & Continuous Improvement

  • Plan, conduct, and track internal audits and readiness assessments through document repositories.
  • Support external certification audits and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
