Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As a critical member of our immigration law firm, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of complex cases, including NIW, O-1s, E-2s, and EB-1s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and edit high volumes of NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
• Independently manage a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and quality work.
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients throughout the visa process.
• Report progress and status of cases to legal teams and managers.
• Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
• Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural requirements.
• Identify and address delays in the case process and demonstrate strategic acumen and initiative.
• Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
• Maintain accurate records and track cases according to firm policies.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong case management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Requirements include at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is beneficial.
