Job Title: Motion Graphics Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to join our creative team. This role involves creating engaging visual content for various projects, requiring strong design principles, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to manage tasks from concept to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Collaborating with clients or creative teams to understand project requirements, develop visual concepts, and create storyboards to outline the animation sequence.
  • Design and Animation: Utilizing industry-standard software to design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D.
  • Tyography and Kinetic Typography: Selecting and animating text effectively to convey messages and create visual interest.
  • Auido Integration: Syncing animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
  • Video Editing: Combining motion graphics with live-action footage and performing post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all motion graphics align with the client's brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.
  • Staying Current: Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
  • Optimization: Preparing and exporting animations in various formats optimized for different platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Design Principles: Layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Project Execution Ability: From concept development through delivery.
  • Experience: 5+ years in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work well with others and convey ideas effectively.
