Integration Project Manager

This is a leadership role that demands expertise in driving successful integration delivery with APIs, message queues, and file-based systems.

The scope of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading integration projects across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and secure rollouts.
  • Defining project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations.
  • Coordinating middleware service requirements between developers and business teams.
  • Tracking and managing integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP.
  • Validating data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules.
  • Ensuring compliance with API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards.
  • Documenting integration touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs.
  • Providing visibility on risks, blockers, and delivery status to senior stakeholders.

We are seeking an individual with 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP), API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway), and Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ.

You will be responsible for driving impactful results, leveraging your expertise in wealth management, WealthTech, and BFSI investment domains.
