Job Description
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective performance management frameworks.
  • Help clients optimize their finance functions by providing strategic guidance on process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

As a key member of our Process and Performance Management practice, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, shared services & outsourcing strategy, design, and implementation.
  • Strong technical skills across design and implementation, including tool/system implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, written, communication with impact and empathy.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and ability to continuously learn and develop self and others through coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client project delivery and management, including project planning, solution design, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, issue/risk management, and project financial management.
  • Lead/support in business development activities, client pursuits, go-to-market activities, and creation of thought-leading content and white papers.
