About the Role:

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Identity & Access Management solutions using .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop IAM solutions and integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Implement access management policies and workflows to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes to prevent data breaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment to drive project success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and .NET application issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices to protect sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
