You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive open source compliance strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement open source compliance strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of open source software into our products and platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with open source software usage.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on open source software best practices and compliance procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with current technological trends and global standards related to open source software usage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in open source compliance activities.
- Experience with Synopsys Detect/BlackDuck HUB and other SCA tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of open-source licenses and proprietary/3rd-party terms and conditions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to understand programming principles and review source code for analysis and assessment.
- Awareness of build systems such as Maven, Git, pip, and Npm.
- Familiarity with open-source AI models and possible use cases is a plus.
- Preferably, experience in intellectual property compliance.
- Familiarity with the latest AI landscape and compliance regulations.
