Lead Accounts Receivable Team

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee our Order to Cash operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in MS Office applications.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant work experience and a thorough understanding of office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will lead the team, ensuring smooth operation of our accounts receivable systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices through our accounts receivable system.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize processes.
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA compliance.
  • Generate system-based reports as needed.
  • Develop and train team members on new procedures.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Graduates or postgraduates with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • End-to-end knowledge of OTC operations.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership experience and result-oriented mindset.
  • Domain expertise and good understanding of SAP, Concur preferred.
