Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned developer to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features, optimize existing ones, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. A key focus area will be on developing web applications using various technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Core Java, Perl, and others as required.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new features from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and recommend technology upgrades
  • Develop and maintain API integrations
  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field with 8+ years experience
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Proficient in various programming languages including PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Core Java, Perl, and others as required
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Flex Deploy)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
