About the Role

You will work on-site in Pune and curate educational materials, manage web content, and support the implementation of content strategies aligned with our organization's goals.

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Content & Curations Associate. Your primary responsibility will be to develop engaging educational content for our Vinoba App. This will involve driving teacher and student engagement through storytelling, poetry recitation, reading, and other creative mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and develop high-quality educational content for the Vinoba App
  • Drive teacher and student engagement through various mediums such as storytelling, poetry recitation, and reading
  • Support community growth, program execution, and digital content marketing
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams, and administrators to strengthen impact
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Graduate degree in Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement
  • Strong skills in content creation, social media, storytelling, and basic design tools
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
