Women's Health Specialist

As a gynecologist, you will lead the medical team and provide high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the intrauterine insemination (IUI) and operative theater (OT) teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Consult with patients and provide counseling on reproductive health.
- Perform IUI and sonography procedures.
- Prescribe medications and requisition necessary tests.
- Conduct daily rounds with assistant doctors and sisters to ensure patient files are complete and up-to-date.
- Monitor patient parameters and investigations.
- Advise on necessary investigations and inform patients of their results.
- Take corrective actions to address patient complaints.
- Conduct operative procedures such as oocyte pick-up (OPU), embryo transfer (ET), and hysteroscopy.
- Ensure pre-operative preparation is done by OT sisters as per checklist.
- Assist or conduct OT procedures.
- Enter anesthesia notes and write down OT notes.
- Give post-operative orders to assistant doctors and take post-operative rounds.
- Do post-operative counseling with patient relatives.
- Ensure software entries are made to record post-operative findings.
- Decide on patient discharge and prepare discharge papers.
- Verify documentation as per checklist and hand over files to HR.
- Attend emergency situations and seek senior gynecologist assistance when needed.
- Attend camps and outreach OPDs.
- Monitor and control all clinical staff.
