Interior Design Specialist

The ideal candidate should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client.

  • To drive Deal Closure and deliver top-notch results.
  • To own the Customer Experience during a project.
  • To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own an end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Interior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing interior spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and meet our clients' needs. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their requirements and adjust your approach based on feedback.

In addition to your technical skills, you should also possess excellent business acumen and be able to drive sales closures through logical and trusted sales pitches.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all design deliverables.


Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma with at least 15 years of academic education.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • At least 5-6 successful Residential projects under your belt.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Strong expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Ability to create BoQs for customers, coordinate with internal & external agencies and drive sales closures through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Result-oriented, team player with strong integrity and ethics.
