- Master's degree (MSc, MEng or MPhil) or a PhD in Chemical Engineering or Applied Chemistry or Physical Chemistry or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
- Experience in designing and conducting experiments, collecting, and analysing data, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to identify and solve technical challenges and issues related to applications and products.
- Experience and expertise in the physical characterization of solid-state materials.
- Experience with Windows Window 7/10/11 and Microsoft Office 2016 or later office suites or later operating systems.
- Experience in handling software used for documentation viz. Amplelogic, ELN, Odoo etc.
- Expertise in thermal analysis, advanced materials characterization, and vapor sorption studies (DVS and IGC methods preferred).
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to deliver scientific lectures and presentations.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, porous, or complex organic materials is advantageous.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, like engineers, researchers, product managers, and sales teams.
