Visual Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Strategist to lead our in-house graphics team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring deadlines are met. They will also provide guidance and feedback to the graphics team to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Lead the in-house graphics team to develop creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.

The role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
