We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic individual to join our team as a Digital Content Developer at Netaxis IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and informative articles to enhance client operations information through clear decision trees.
  • Collaborate with the team to utilize various resources and systems to create product-related documents, ensuring effective troubleshooting and knowledge management.
  • Review extensive research materials to simplify complex information and develop user-friendly articles that meet client requirements.
  • Develop self-service articles while adapting to the client's tone of voice, optimizing processes and creating flowcharts as needed.
  • Publish content to the Knowledge Management system, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration.

Quality Assurance

  • Establish a style guide for consistent article writing, promoting brand consistency and governance.
  • Create templates for different article types as necessary, streamlining the content creation process.
  • Develop a content taxonomy with SEO keywords for easy searchability, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Prepare well-structured articles using authoring tools for the client's Knowledge Management System, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement a quality assurance process to ensure content consistency and governance, maintaining the highest standards in content development.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong relationships with the client team to address queries effectively, providing exceptional support and service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a content writer, technical writer, or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
  • A portfolio of published articles showcasing expertise in content development and writing.
  • Ability to conduct research using various sources, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Graduate in any field related to English literature or journalism is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with DITA XML or similar tools is a plus, demonstrating advanced content development skills.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Oxygen) is an advantage, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
