IT Director

This senior leadership position is responsible for spearheading end-user computing initiatives, driving innovation and best practices across the organization.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in leadership roles within Workplace IT / End User Computing is required, preferably in a global context.
• Expertise in end-user computing encompasses devices, collaboration tools, secure printing, onboarding/offboarding processes, with a strong focus on innovation and best practices.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Intune, and other modern workplace/cloud technologies, demonstrating their ability to drive business outcomes through technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST) ensures alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• A proven track record of implementing ITIL frameworks and service management best practices is essential for driving efficiency and effectiveness in IT operations.
• Strong leadership skills are necessary to manage global teams and vendor ecosystems, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
