Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior HCM Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design and implement customized HCM solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide expert guidance on HCM product suite modules, including Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, and Absence.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, develop functional designs, and configure Workday solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives to maintain expertise in HCM products.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success and build lasting partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in HCM product suite implementation and consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in at least 5 HCM product suite modules, with proficiency in configuring and testing integrations.
  • Possession of minimum four Workday partner certificates, including Advance Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Performance, Compensation, and Benefit.
Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
