Job Title: Enterprise Application Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your primary point of contact, you will work closely with various teams to ensure project milestones are met and address any challenges that arise. Additionally, you will provide guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment and engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives.">

Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with web services and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition
  • This position is based in Pune
  • A 15 years full time education is required
