Speech Language Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work with children to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports for each child.
  • Design individualized therapy plans and monthly goal plans.
  • Revise goals regularly based on each child's progress.
  • Ensure parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
  • Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain feedback.
  • Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes and other required documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Child-centric and collaborative approach to therapy.
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
