Senior Sex Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a Sex Therapist to provide expert guidance and support to individuals facing challenges related to their sexual and psychological well-being.
This role combines therapeutic expertise with business acumen, requiring the ability to acquire clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a proven track record of success in sales and client engagement.
Main Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Sales (80%):- Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and identify suitable treatment options.
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients, guiding them towards a deeper understanding of their support requirements.
- Present treatment packages and plans, highlighting their alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Cultivate effective communication to address concerns and questions, ultimately securing client buy-in and driving sales.
- Succeed in closing deals and onboarding clients into treatment programs.
- Offer brief therapeutic guidance during consultations, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
- Provide recommendations based on client needs, upholding confidentiality and adhering to industry standards.
- Refer or offer resources for clients not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
- Work closely with our team of therapists to ensure seamless transitions from consultation to ongoing treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and client progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on client interactions and identifying areas for growth.
