As a key leader in our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of data visualization and user experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of industry standards.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Act as an expert advisor on UX/UI design, providing guidance and recommendations to optimize user interactions and engagement.
  • Lead the graphic design and data visualization work, collaborating closely with the Data Analytics & Insights team and external design agencies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, actively applying innovative approaches to enhance our services.
  • Drive continuous improvement through user research and usability testing, gathering feedback and insights from users to refine and enhance the UX/UI design strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create designs for data products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experiences.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Design Thinking: Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to craft interactive elements to make data products informative, engaging, and intuitive to use.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of collaboration, driving successful outcomes in dynamic environments and enhancing existing data products.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create clear, compelling, and accurate visual representations of data to aid in decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of visualization tools and software, including Figma, Adobe XD, Power BI, etc.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or heavily regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and appetite for data analytics are highly valued.
