Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming government education. As an M&E Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, monitoring, and optimization of programs supported by the Vinoba Application.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus)
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement
  • Passion to transform government education and create real social impact

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating education programs, analyzing and cleaning large datasets to track program impact, curating reports for stakeholders, training and building capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App, and supporting application development with data-driven insights.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, as well as experience working with large datasets.
