Senior Security Engineer

As a senior security engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the product security subject-matter expert collaborating with other teams to identify, assess, root-cause, address, validate, and prevent product security issues.
- Advocate secure development practices, leveraging automation to eliminate and prevent security problems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field and continually enhance software development best practices.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies to find security vulnerabilities at scale and monitor the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in application security, hardware, IoT security, security pen-testing, vulnerability discovery, secure software development, and design security reviews.
- A proven track record of implementing and scaling security tooling such as pre-commit hooks with static code analysis (SAST) and dependency security (OSS/SCA).
- Expertise in using techniques like fuzzing, reverse engineering, writing SAST rules, semgrep, CodeQL.
- Exceptional knowledge of common security weaknesses and effective mitigation strategies.
- An understanding of network security technologies and vulnerabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in computer science, computer security, application security, information security, or networking.
