Job Title: Simeio Identity Governance & Administration Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing offshore technical teams, designing and implementing IAM solutions, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage offshore technical teams to ensure project success.
  • Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and implement IAM solutions, integrating Saviynt, Java, and SSO Access Management technologies.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of IAM systems.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure timely completion, and address any issues or roadblocks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a technical point of contact.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on IAM best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM solutions, configurations, and project details.
  • Prepare regular status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on IAM industry trends, security threats, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure IAM solutions comply with industry regulations and security best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management, with expertise in Saviynt, Java, and SSO Access Management.
  • Proven experience managing offshore technical teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in Java programming and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database queries and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in working with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, product-specific certifications) are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on-call and outside regular business hours when necessary.
