Financial Services Strategist

About this role:
As a seasoned strategy professional, you will play a key part in maintaining forecasts on non-financial metrics and providing strategic recommendations based on insights from reports.
This involves gathering internal and external data to support project requirements and drafting a bi-weekly industry newsletter for leadership. Additionally, you will support the intelligence lead in crafting thought leadership pieces on specific areas, peers, and regulations. Your expertise in data visualization will be valuable in owning workstreams in projects and driving business outcomes.
Key qualifications for this role include experience in strategy or consulting roles in financial services, with strong research skills and PowerPoint presentation abilities. At least six years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on research, ideally in the financial services domain, is necessary. Required skills include strategic planning, insight generation, stakeholder coordination, and technical analytical mindset.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, including a BTech and MBA in Finance, with 6+ years of experience in the Banking Industry or relevant experience in Payment Strategy. Sound knowledge of economic and financial markets databases is also essential.
